Based in the heart of Jutland, Denmark, we have been developing microphones specialized for classical instrument, since 1996. Your passion is music performance. Our passion is capturing sound of classical instruments. To combine them, REMIC MICROPHONES has been working in close cooperation with instrument-builders, artists and sound technicians to design the very best microphone tools for live- and studio- productions…ever!

My role: Acting COO

Assisting the Management team in the re-ramp up of the company after new owners and investors have taken over.

DDD has been involved in design and development of some of the most successful gamma camera systems used by hospitals, imaging centers and clinics throughout the world. Focusing on Danish Design and Danish Quality, DDD has become market leader within nuclear cardiology as an OEM manufacturer working with the major international corporations supplying diagnostic imaging equipment worldwide.

Since DDD started more than 2,500 of DDD gamma cameras have been installed worldwide.

Innovative energy saving HVAC solutions

My role: M&A Advisor

Assisting the company in the search for a industrial partner, that could exploit the synergies with the innovative Leanvent solutions.

Leanvent had developed an innovative design of the airflow control element (so called damper) in HVAC systems. The damper both reduced emitted noise and reduced the energy consumption in the ventilation system.
